This website is operated by Apparel Pros. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Apparel Pros. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for a minor dependent to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction through the use of our services.
Custom Orders
All products sold by Apparel Pros are custom-made based on the design, garment, color, size, and placement selections made by the customer using our online design tool.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• All details in your design are correct
• Spelling, layout, and placement are accurate
• The uploaded artwork is final and ready for production
Orders go into production based on the information provided at checkout and cannot be modified once production has started.
Intellectual Property & Artwork Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, designs, trademarks, or artwork submitted through our customizer.
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:
• You own the design or have permission to use it
• Your design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
Apparel Pros is not liable for unauthorized use of protected designs submitted by customers.
Product Variations
Because decorated apparel involves manufacturing and garment production, slight variations may occur.
The following are considered normal and not defects:
• Minor differences in print or embroidery placement
• Slight color differences between digital previews and finished products
• Variations in garment shade between production batches
• Minor alignment differences typical in custom decoration
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Because all items are custom-made, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.
Limitation of Liability
Apparel Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and previews. However, we do not guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will exactly match finished garments.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site:
• For unlawful purposes
• To violate intellectual property rights
• To submit offensive, harmful, or illegal content
• To upload malicious code or interfere with site functionality
