Return & Refund Policy
Because all items sold by Apparel Pros are custom made using your selections in our online design tool, most orders are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.
Each order is produced according to the design, garment style, size, color, and placement choices made by the customer at the time of purchase. Custom apparel cannot be resold, so we ask customers to carefully review all details before completing checkout.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Incorrect sizes selected
• Color choices selected
• Design placement chosen in the customizer
• Spelling, layout, or design choices entered by the customer
• Change of mind after an order is placed
• Minor placement or alignment variations common in embroidery and printing
• Orders damaged due to improper washing or normal wear and tear
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and enters production based on the customer’s submitted design.
Exceptions — When We Will Replace Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If we make an error, we will fix it.
Please contact us within 10 days of delivery if your order has one of the following issues:
Manufacturer Defects
If garments arrive with defects such as:
• Holes
• Tears
• Major stitching defects
that were not visible before decoration, we will replace the affected items.
Production Error
If the finished product does not match the design submitted through our customizer (for example: wrong design printed, incorrect placement compared to your submitted design, wrong thread or print color), we will remake the affected items at no cost.
Photos may be required for verification.
What Is Not Considered a Defect
The following are not considered errors or defects:
• Slight color differences between screen previews and finished garments
• Shade variations between garment batches
• Minor alignment differences typical in decorated apparel
• Shrinkage from washing
• Design issues resulting from low-resolution or low-quality uploaded artwork
• Customer-selected design or placement that does not meet expectations
How to Report an Issue
If your order qualifies under the exceptions above:
