Thank you for ordering from Apparel Pros. Because all of our products are custom-made to order, shipping timelines are different from typical retail purchases.


Production Time

All items are made specifically for you using the design and selections submitted at checkout.

Typical production times are:

• Standard Production: 10–14 business days
• Large or complex orders may require additional time

Production begins after your order is placed. Production times do not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Time

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Expedited options (if available) may arrive sooner

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Free Shipping

We offer:

Free standard shipping + priority production on first time business orders over $500

Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once an order leaves our facility, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier.


Tracking Information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Apparel Pros is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can assist you.


International Shipping (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
